This is stand-alone code for use of feed for the ventrilo viewer.
Be sure to use same version number of feed-files and ventrilo viewer,
this can be seen at the archive name.
Only use feed, if your webhotel doesn't support the normal communication.
The build-in communication in the ventrilo-viewer is faster than feed.
