Upcoming new version of ventrilo

A new version of Ventrilo server and client will be released in few days, we think it's a well kept secret, which is released on Wednesday, Nov 14th 2007.
Ventrilo-server version 2.3.0 and version 3 are not compatible, you need to download a new ventrilo client, to be able to connect to a new ventrilo server.
We are waiting on the release, to see what the changes are in communication with the server. If possible, we will make changes to our ventrilo viewer very soon, to make it compatible with ventrilo-server version 3.

It seems to be no changes to the ventrilo communication protocol between ventrilo-server 2.3.0 and 3.0.0. This means our ventrilo-viewer still works. We need to do further investigation make sure our ventrilo viewer still works perfectly.
