Finally I got ETQW TV working. We are able to show clanwar matches in ETQW.

I need to do some further testing to see the number of TV-spectators the server can carry.

If you need a ETQW:TV server for a match, the TV-server can be connected to a match server on request, as long you provide med with the details needed for establishing a connection. A match-server has to be configured the right way, to be able to connect the TV-server.
